In 1980 Peter Muny started Muny Woodwork, and has established a reputation for remarkable woodwork and exquisite cabinetry in residential, commercial, and corporate installations. Muny Woodwork and ROTO Architecture were presented a Wood Design Merit Award from the American Wood Council for the Nicola Restaurant in Los Angeles. Sunset, Home and Garden, Hospitality Design, and Architectural magazines have all featured Muny Woodwork projects.
HOW WE WORK:
Every Muny Woodwork client receives benefits of our expertise in design and materials selection. We supply samples of exotic and domestic hardwoods, plywoods, veneers, laminates, stains and finishes. Since 1992 Muny Woodwork has embraced sustainable building solutions. We support the use of Forest Steward Certified (fscus.org) lumber and plywood for the ecologically responsible harvesting of trees, and we offer water based, low-VOC finishes for a sustainable and non-toxic finished product.
